Hi everyone! I'm 5'3 and was successful with MFP a few years ago...then had baby #2 and am REALLY struggling with losing the baby weight (she just turned 2)!! Add me ♡ *Here's to success for all of us*

I swear by that stuff! It is truly amazing and honestly think it is what helped keep my stretch marks at bay with my first pregnancy (I didn't use it this time around, and guess what I got???).

^This. I may be in this to feel better and be healthier...but I DO happen to want to LOOK better! Dang it...I'm vain...

So true...all pregnant women are different! And I know some of the smallest women that have the HUGEST babies! I myself tend to have 8 pound babies...my first 8.1, my second 8.2 :)

I agree, this is perfectly said. I am a smallish framed woman (5'3" and my ideal body weight sits between 118 and 125 {I was overweight when I got pregnant as well, at 143 pounds}). I got up to 173 with my recent pregnancy, and am at 146 as of 12 weeks post-partum (25 pounds of which were lost within 2 days of delivery).…

I like "There's No Stuffing Us"!!! I am so looking forward to this next month of Challenges :)

I am nearing my 7th week postpartum and was wondering this as well! I gained nearly 35 pounds on top of already being about 20 pounds over my goal weight...I'm hoping lots of core toning exercises and cardio, the pooch will go away. My skin seems fairly loose, hopefully that tightens back up at least a little :(

Being that both mine and my husband's parents are divorced, we had 4 Thanksgiving Dinners...and even though I tried not to over eat at any of them, the salt and sheer number of calories got me too. I watched a video of myself from yesterday and about cried because I legitimately look about 6 months pregnant due to a…

I had lost nearly 10 lbs (23 was my total goal) when I got in to an accident that totaled my car in September. I have worked out twice since then and my diet is complete crap now. The husband and I have decided we are ready to try for a second baby, but I am so super worried about gaining weight during a pregnancy on top…

SO awesome! I will DEFINITELY be buying this one! Congratulations!! You are a true inspiration!

We are very close too! Age: 25, Mother of one Height: 5'3" (maybe 5'2" and half...?) Highest Weight: 143 Current Weight: 135 Goal Weight: 120 (but open to changing it as I see fit).

Seeing the changes of my small loss in my face. People keep pointing out that they can see changes in my face, but I have not noticed until I was standing in the bathroom talking with my husband....and BAM! I caught a glimpse of myself with no makeup on, and guess what? I have CHEEKBONES!! Feels great. It's a small thing,…

I guess it just depends on the amount of "life activities" you have going on. I am a mother, wife, team mom, work full time and have lots of family that I love to spend lots of time with, so I would push it to two months, and work extremely hard during those work outs (and in my spare time if possible). Especially with…

CONGRATULATIONS!! Your hard work is definitely paying off! Keep it up!!!

Agree with everyone here. I did not lose a single pound or inch in the first 3 weeks, then it really started to show on both the scale and on my body. I had a very stressful day yesterday and ate 9 pieces of a big Hershey's bar...and somehow remained under my calories *But those calories are NOT the ones I wanted to use…

So awesome! You are gonna look GREAT in that picture :)

I am SO behind!!! 21/60....will be making up time this weekend and next week as I am now up to at least one full 2 minute plank! Extremely proud of myself :)
-
CARDIO, and lots of it...while still doing those. That way you won't get bigger, but will still keep your tone....I am no expert, but that's what I've been told because I have the SAME problem. I actually did 150 squats last night for a mini challenge, and will do an hour of cardio tonight. I also run stairs, which is…

^^This!! I work in an office and would love to wear more professional, business casual skirts, slacks, things of that nature...but when I gained weight, I couldn't even wear heels any more :( Can't WAIT to get back in to those!!!

Hummus, greek yogurt, almond milk, almond butter, coconut milk, coconut oil, tuna, MORE fruit and veggies, MORE chicken, and a general love for better-for-you foods

IN! :)

Great job! I can hardly do it twice! I LOVE Core Synergistics, especially the Banana/Superman! :) My NSV this week was a full 2 minute plank...not a HUGE feat, but I did it an started at a very shaky 45 seconds a week and a half ago :)

It may be beneficial for you to get a heart rate monitor. I know it's hard for me to calculate my calorie burn when I do circuit training...just a thought :)
-
I want to be in, know I'm late....but I can start now right? I have the vids and LOVE them...but have never been consistent. Add me!

It is ab day for me so I am in, 200 crunches and 50 sit ups!

YUCK! This month has been HORRIBLE so far  Yesterday I was GUNG HO and was GOING to get over 10,000 steps, but we had uniform fittings for my son's teeball team (I am Team Mom and my husband is the head coach), so by the time we got home, had dinner and everything else...I just did not feel like walking/running on the…

I do not usually eat back those calories, I kinda see that as having even MORE of a deficit....if that makes sense. How much do you stretch? I know that when I run, I get a pretty bad pain in my stomach, and I will usually stretch my arms over my head to kind "pull it out". It works for me, if it continues, you may want to…
-
It is definitely that....DREADED! I have that same problem girl. My arms are starting to tone up, and I am LOVING the results I am getting and the tone I can see in my arms....but when I wave: BAT WINGS! So frustrating...just keep up the good work, do you do tricep dips? They suck and hurt bad....but they work I hear!
-
Count me in! I have a Fitbit, and it is a challenge for me to get over 10,000 steps a day since I work at a desk and especially on my rest days. I am glad to say I took almost 14,000 steps yesterday and went over 6 miles! Here's to the challenge, will check back in tomorrow!

The only people who know I do this are my immediate family and my husband. I do not make my food diary public though. I also don't share it with my friends or extended family because I don't want anyone to judge the fact I am logging food. Not a whole lot of people know how much I struggle with cravings and staying on an…
