okay, i have two questions! (sorry for being a pain)
my first question..
do you have to eat back the calories you burnt exercising, like what would be the best thing?
Also earlier this morning I tried to do a bit of running but couldn't finish it as i developed a huge pain in my stomach so i left it for the day, then tonight i tried the 4th day of the insanity challenge and could only do 8 minutes as the pain came again, does anyone know why?

I do not usually eat back those calories, I kinda see that as having even MORE of a deficit....if that makes sense.
How much do you stretch? I know that when I run, I get a pretty bad pain in my stomach, and I will usually stretch my arms over my head to kind "pull it out". It works for me, if it continues, you may want to have that checked out....good luck!0 -

I stretched before and when I started getting the pain I stretched my arms up for about 5 seconds and it still came back, I googled it and it said it might be because i'm dehydrated and i should drink water before I exercise, so i'm going to try that tomorrow!0 -
I can only answer the first question.
but it is not much of answer...."I aim for eating back at least 50%, but if I am hungry (weak, headachey, etc) then I will eat back all of them. right now I have my calorie goal set to m y BMR- so I amm eating back all of them."
I don't run. Zombies can eat my brains if they walk 4.25 MPH.0
