  • Walking 3-5 miles burns no more than 300-500 calories. I suspect you're over estimating your burn. Set your tracker to sedentary, and don't "eat back" exercise calories, it isn't necessary and will only slow your progress down.
  • All good ideas! I have been trying to increase my water intake, and I don't think sodium would have increased much if at all. I do go to yoga every week, and actually have class tonight! Maybe that will help. I'm not sure on the excess fiber front. I will go back and take a look at my reports. Thanks!
