make a checklist of things you need to take with you, and check them off as you pack them. Prepare your mind by imagining yourself crossing the finish line strong.....maybe even winning. get a good nights rest, knowing you have everything already packed. eat well, but not too heavy. have fun.

I wouldn't forego strength training unless you have to due to some sort of physical issue. The benefts are too many. I'm having to forego it for the next 4 to 6 weeks due to DCO, but once the pain in the shoulder is gone and the dr. gives me the goa ahead, I'll start back up again.

are you willing to treat all ill people badly? What about us Type 1 diabetics? Those of us who have hashimotos? Rheumatoid Arthritis? etc.....that's a lot of people. And my medical expenses effect you only to the extent that you have to pay for them...and so far, that's not at all.

correct, fat lacks nitrogen. Protein is made of amino acids which contain, you guessed it, nitrogen. Basically, all the macro nutirents are different forms of carbon and hydrogen (where the name carbohydrates comes from), but protein includes nitrogen.

I didn't see it....but my gut says you have to tear it down completely to rebuild a decent building....otherwise, its going to be a good building on a crappy foundation. Without a good foundation, even the best building will eventually crack and break. In otherwords, yes, these people are broken, but need to be broken down…
