have you been tested for T1 or LADA? T1's have a higher incidence of celiac's than the regular population. It might be worth a c-peptide test, or having your GAD65 (antibodies associated with beta cell destruction) tested.

Proteins: fish, lean beef, chicken, turkey, etc. Carbs: potatoes? Can you eat rice? If so, brown rice might be good. Lots of veggies. Fruit. If you can eat oatmeal, fruit crisps are good desserts. Fats....don't fret these, but nuts and oily fish will provide what you need.

just be consistent and use the same source each time. then monitor your weight and adjust intake accordingly.

I would recommend dropping the centrum tablets and finding a good gel cap. Often, tablets don't dissolve properly and the material just passes through and doesn't do any good that way. Aslo, as was mentioned above, some fish oil capsules might be a good idea....you didn't go into any detail about your diet, so that's puely…

stil here. Took a week off and went to Captiva, FL. It's very nice down there....the crowds aren't overwhelming and its a much slower pace than here in the ATL.
