Eventually the weight loss will begin to slow and you will either need to do more activity to lose weight or drop more calories. The body adapts incredibly well. But weight loss aside, i do fear for your physical wellbeing. Vital organs need a minimum amount of calories to function. You should consider reading the threads…

Yes, anything under 1200 is considered very low for most but it's especially low with your stats.

Do you eventually want to return to regular eating? How do you think your body will respond to that? This may just be setting you up to gain weight back once your normal diet resumes. I also worry that you aren't getting sufficient calories to support your body. I would rethink this dangerously low calorie keto diet.…

If they are using MFP calculations, they are most probably not burning that much at all. Now if they were using a HRM there could be different variables as to why they have burnt that much, use an Interstate freight truck for example when it's loaded to the brim with whatever it's transporting going from one state to…

I don't eat them but I heard they are pretty sodium laden. I prefer to cook my own meals so I know what's going into it, usually I do a cookup on a Sunday.

I LOVE Cottage cheese, cracked pepper and a few chopped Eshallots/Spring onions mixed through with slices of Smoked Salmon on top, yum!

Straws help, that way she won't miss out on the benefits of drinking dairy.

Ummm.. you've lost 4kgs in a month, that's fantastic! But I have to say 1200 cals is very little, i did this awhile ago and suffered, almost fainting in classes at the gym, hair falling out in copious amounts, moodiness, dizziness, extreme exhaustion just to name a few. Go to http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/…

If you aren't making ****ty food choices while you're drinking (which tends to happen when I drink anything, that's why I have cut it out) then sure, each to their own. I think tho at the end of the day it depends on what your goals are. I personally would much rather just give it up and focus on getting the body and…

I don't log tea unless it is a particular blend that has flavourings/ fruit. I don't log Vitamins unless they have a calorie content and I don't log Tabasco/hot sauce as I've noticed they don't have any calories it just depends if you are monitoring your sodium macros for those though.

I find refined sugars can sometimes set me off and I crave more and more of it, that and alcohol can open the flood gates, But luckily I haven't had a binge in a while, the last time i binged was when I was on a 1200cal a day diet, but as I'm not depriving my body any more I have it under control.

Just wondering if you're indeed eating at a deficit? As long as you're eating less than you burn you should be losing weight. I suggest you recalculate your TDEE and I strongly suggest that you read this. http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/654536-in-place-of-a-road-map-2-0-revised-7-2-12

I would strongly suggest you get yourself a Polar, I am also a big Les Mills class junkie. I find it's the most accurate way.

I get this alot when I overtrain. Which is pretty much all the time. Although I don't really get anxious as such, I just feel really hyped up and can't sleep. My suggestion to you is to do your workouts earlier in the day so your body can relax before bed. Is there a chance it was something you consumed, caffeine?
