I see you don't like ginger ale. Seriously, try diet Vernors (it's a Michigan pop); tastes nothing like ginger ale and great for morning sickness IMO

I don't do the tailor typically; but I hate business casual. Pants are so difficult. I've reverted to just wearing skirt suits again. You may have to get tailor if your issue is a small waist but still much easier to deal with over business casual pants which are impossible. Another great idea that I use for biz causal is…

I don't know what kind of fake sugar they use, but I love my diet sprite, diet 7-up and my fav, diet vernors. (these are all caffeine free--try the diet vernors!) Also when I was preggo, I craved diet coke from McDonalds...... Not sure again what kind of sweetener, but it was good. I didn't drink too much caffeine but a…

? based on what?

Started the "diet" (calorie counting) about 3 weeks ago today; last week was not great (system already feeling bad); typically would eat couple veggie kabobs with dinner, bag of salad or spinach with lunch, box of snap snow peas, some carrots, container of pre-cut celery, etc. Basically low cal stuff to "fill me up" b/c of…
-
Honestly never really ate much fat - but perhaps need to focus on incorporating it if I'm upping the veggie intake.
-
This is probably it. Thoughts about drinking a pro biotic like kefir or something? I've done that in the past when taking antibiotics. Haven't thought about it until now. (hate to "use up" calories for something that doesn't taste that great!)
-
Very true - that def was an exaggeration. That's the "water" that I drink, I also drink about 7-8 cups of coffee per day (most decaf) plus carbonated sugar free water drinks. I could try more water - how do people do it? This post-baby body seriously already is peeing all day long!
-
I tried it; it was horrible for me. Headaches, tiredness, sluggish on the 500 cals a day.
-
I'm in: 6/6 - 147 6/13- 6/20 6/27
-
I would say gallons, but I really don't know. Probably five or so 22 ounce water bottles a day (I have a re-fillable one) plus other drinks that I drink (I've been drinking a lot of sugar free carbonated water - maybe that's a difference?) Amount of total fiber has not changed, just the "type" if you will.
-
Thanks all - guess I didn't expect as drastic of change to the digestive system b/c I didn't much change the amount of fiber intake, just the type (mostly veggies with a bit of fruit, from primarily grain fiber, fruit and some veggies).
-
Also, I drink a ton of water and coffee, always have so that has not changed.
-
Stopped because grains really are not that filling to me; so did it to stay within the calories allowance. Didn't go low carb - but definitely lower-carb than I typically eat.

Back on track for 2 days - still holding extra weight... uugh
-
Same situation for me - great 2 weeks, crazy off track weekend all three days and now PMS. Hoping to now start a new 2 weeks. But per the scale, gained back all I lost.
-
I would just focus on eating healthy and not counting; now is not the time to focus on the minutia of calories.
-
I love frozen foods, but always try to get the ones higher in protein so that I'm not starving. I prefer the breakfast ones (egg burritos, jimmy deans turkey sausage, egg and cheese muffins, etc). Those are usually high protein and easy to pair with a bag of salad or something.
-
My goal is 1200 per day (I don't measure and often estimate, so likely eating closer to 1400?); and over the weekend - I did not overdue it (came in around 2000 one day and 1500 the other, which for me is pretty good). Refuse to cut out the wine on the weekend. Actually, just double checked - 2200 on Sat and 1600 yesterday…

I'm joining you all too. I started 1 week ago, serious about losing 10 lbs by 4th of July. I'm 5-6. My morning weight this morning was 143.5 and my evening weight was 145.5 last night (yep weighing 2x per day; I eat a lot of salt, so it varies a ton). Hoping to see 142 this week (in the morning) and not going over 145 at…

Drink more water than you could ever think possible! I didn't start counting calories until baby was 5 months old (and then I did weight watchers). I think WW adds points = to 500 cals per day. If I was you, I'd just focusing on eating super healthy for a few more months, and then start counting calories, putting .5 lbs…

Oops I see you are on day 7 - maybe I'll just try this on my own!!
-
I've never really done a plank before, but I'm in. Will start today - a day late.

If you want quick and inexpensive, I like Kirkland's version of slim fast (chocolate)

Thanks for all of the info. I just bought that night split from amazon and will look into the extra arch support. (Also, after googling a bit more -- noticed that some complained about getting this after wearing ballet flats - It's finally nice where I am and have started to wear ballet flats, sandals, last couple weeks,…

It was really really good! It's a pretty common meal at coney islands (in my part of the woods), with my unscientific analysis, I'd probably now say 750-850 (lamb was not greasy).
-
500 per day for one child, probably more for 2 - not sure if double?
-
2 servings (1 cup) of fiber one is 24 g and only 120 cals I think (I eat with low cal almond milk)
-
I have no idea if it's an old wives' tale, but I have heard that some women have bodies that just hold onto the fat until breastfeeding is over. If I was you, I would just continue sticking to a 1800 calorie per day or so diet, get out the old' scale to make sure it's accurate, and if it doesn't work, then so be it and try…

I would like to be able to do this--will I succeed? I don't know, but willing to give it a try !!
