I just did my second day today. It's a tough workout, and you really have to focus and push yourself through, but I feel awesome when the session is over. I'll be a few days ahead of you, but I can buddy up with ya.

I was working from home one day because I had a stomach virus. I have a daily conference call with my team, and while I thought I had the mic muted I let one rip. I've personally found drinking plenty of water to be helpful. I used to drink nothing but soda, juice, milk, and coffee. Now I drink a cup of coffee in the morning, and the rest is pretty much water. I spend the majority of my time working, focusing on my career. I'm concerned I'd put my work before someone else, so I just avoid the situation altogether.

Haha, I grew up in the 90's, but lived in CT for a while. There was a hill between my house, and the school, so I used to have to walk through knee deep snow uphill, both ways! Also, power rangers! And of course, my personal favorite ZBots!!
