28 and trying to get back in shape. Joined in July, and I've found the people here to be pretty amazing. I've been to France a couple of times for work, but never got to really enjoy it.

I usually cook a couple strips of turkey bacon, and then throw 2 eggs in the pan afterwards to fry them up. The grease from the turkey bacon helps keep the eggs from sticking, and makes the eggs taste awesome.

Most body soaps are scented to. My shampoo isn't really scented. It has aloe vera in it, but it doesn't smell like some fruit or bean.

Perfumed? Who brought up perfume? I have to shampoo my beard, otherwise I get beard dandruff, and I'd rather not have my chest covered in white flakes thankyouverymuch. :smokin:

Usually after a long day of work I just want to go to the bar and drink several beers. I just have to keep reminding myself of why I'm doing what I'm doing, and it usually works.

I'd highly recommend a power/safety rack. The upfront cost isn't too bad if you already have the weights and bar, and the benefit is that you can do a lot of exercises with them without having to worry about injuries.
