I hope I made some progress also, however I've changed my routine around and have been trying to eat more, so I'm a little concearned but I also feel great and it may take a couple of weeks to see results!

We'll who are you going to the gym for? Who cares what anyone thinks, it's obvious to me that it bothers you more than any one else! You just have to pick yourself up and go to the gym and you are going to feel so much better!

Thank you! I thing my average has been about 1200 to 1300 were im soppose to eat around 2030, also im burning somewere around 700 to 800, which would bring me up to 2830

I log everthing using my phone as I eat, and I use a app called Digifit that logs my exercise along with callorie burn, Im not good at planning my meal ahead of time.
