Hey everyone! I never thought losing weight could happen for me. I've been overweight since elementary school, and now I'm 22 years old starting off my career. I began losing weight this year in January and have been keeping track of my weight every Wednesday. I'm 3 lbs away from the weight I started college in 2008. My goal weight is around 130 lbs, so I'm still working hard.
This is what my weight loss has looked like so far:
Week 1: 6 lbs lost (6 lbs total)
Week 2: 4 lbs lost (10 lbs total)
Week 3: 0 lbs lost (10 lbs total)
Week 4: 4 lbs lost (14 lbs total)
Week 5: 3.4 lbs lost (17.4 lbs total)
Week 6: 1.6 lbs lost (19 lbs total)
Week 7: 0 lbs lost (19 lbs total)
Week 8: 7 lbs lost (26 lbs total)
Week 9: 1 lb lost (27 lbs total)
Week 10: 4 lbs lost (31 lbs total)
Week 11: 2 lbs lost (33 lbs total)
Week 12: 2 lbs (35 lbs lost)
Week 13: 0 lbs (35 lbs lost)
Week 14: 2 lbs (37 lbs lost)

I mainly just watch my calories by using MFP and try to walk as much as possible. My goal is 15,000 steps per day. Sometimes I get busy and cannot do that much, but I always try my best to reach it.
During week 8, I bought BodyMedia. It keeps track of my steps walked, calories burned, etc. That device made me realize what I really need to improve on, and the weight fell off so fast that week.0
