SLEEP. Less alcohol. Log every day no matter what. Keep a checklist of little to bigger goals and mark them off as you go. Keep one pair of before pants and keep trying them back on to see your progress. Don't eat chemical laden foods. Only water and real juices. Also, SLEEP. SLEEP. SLEEP.

when during every meal you have a fork in one hand and your phone in the other. And then pour liquid over the rest of the meal (or get a box) if you realize it has an insane amount of calories.

I find it incredibly ironic that I've now lost the equivalent to the amount of pizza Americans eat in a year considering that I WORK at a pizzeria and I don't even eat pizza. Hilarious.

I would say start slow, be semi-vegetarian, then strict vegetarian, then vegan. However becoming vegan doesn't gaurantee that you will lose weight, balance and portion sizes are the most important. i'll send you a request, i'm a gluten free "mostly" vegetarian. I very rarely eat meat (fish mostly) and try to avoid dairy. I've been eating little to no gluten for about 2 months
