It really does help, I find it surprising how many calories are in certain foods when you wouldnt have thought there was going to be many at all....

the summer in England has been..... eventful, :huh: Thunder storms, flooding, seriously heavy rain, blazing sun, the oly thing we havent had is snow!! Tahnee.

I think water is best to drink and things the like carrot sticks and small portions of fruit. You dont want to eat too much fruit as it contains natural sugars but they still count!!

I suffer the same problem... I suppose the right answer would be to snack on healthy food and exercise when you start to feel bored. But honestly I dont generally have time to exercise much and the wrong food is always the easiest to grab on the go...

I have had a similar situation, I lost a lot of weight and then went through a break up and eventually got with someone new and got the "happy eating" bug and put a lot of weight on... Unlucky for me I find it difficult to lose weight sensibley. I also havent really got an idea of how to use this site properly so I have…
