Try Smart ones Frozen oatmeal, they are much better. Just a few minutes in microwave. I added fruit to mine.

A lot of water, Quest bars and new WW Oatmeal is filling.

I have lost about 2 pounds. Does everyone wait until they can do the Alpha before moving on to Beta? Some days I do all the regular level and other areas are just modified for me.
