You definately have enough stuff to make your workout interesting. Try mixing things up. Treadmill for 5 minutes, ball sit ups for 20 count, different strength exercises, then keep going back to the treadmill for 5 minute increments. Tropical smoothie.....it is the best, and it can kill any craving. Their Strawberry beach smoothie is made with non fat yogurt, strawberries and splenda. A great big cup is only 137 calories......YUM

My plan of action is to just stay under my calorie goal everyday and exercise everyday. So far so good!!

I weighed in at 209.2. Up from my 208.4 last week but with thanksgiving and eating yummy food I guess I will have to take it. I am back on track and hope to be down next week!

Ok I weighed in at 208.4......I cant believe it. 6 pounds in one week........I guess there is something to be said about the last chance workout because that is exactly what I did yesterday. I hope none of it shows back up again next week.

I have tried both and I bought EA active, I LOVE IT. Great workout. Love that you can customize your won routine, this way you only pick activities you like and you wont get bored. Wii sports resort is a neat way to burn some calories too.

Pregnancy does not have to mean time to pack on the pounds. I was diagnosed with diabetes so I was put on a diet strict but healthy diet while I was pregnant. By the time I had delivered I only gained a total of 6 pounds and I had a very healthy 9 lb baby girl.....oh and I had not exercised at all during the pregnancy.
