I personally always have a fluctuation of water weight, being a woman is no fun! If you are sticking to your calories you will not gain. I have a Fitbit and have it synced with MFP. I find it helps me keep a great balance going. The more active I am the more calories I can allow myself for that day. So if I am going out to…

It is all about how your body processes sugar and since carbs breakdown into sugar you have to watch. My body does not do well with breaking down sugar in the mornings so I don't have carbs for breakfast. Learn your body and then create an eating plan around it.

Finally, support for us......way to go, I love this. I am also 5' 10" and have a size 12 shoe. I truly think I can say I am "big boned"..lol It is tough to near your goal weight and be in a size 12 instead of a size 4 and have 175 be a goal weight when for so many a goal weight is 130. It took me a long time to realize…

I am the queen of injuries. I lost 80 pounds and have had several foot injuries and knee injuries. the most important thing to remember is that you will not injured forever. Time heals. I dont have a particular locker room story but I agree that people are WAYYYY to comfortable in them, seriously folks, just change and move…

Cycling is awesome. I recently had an injury and could no longer run. I resisted the bike for a long time but now it is my best friend. You can definately get a GREAT workout on a bike, and I agree that the elliptical is also great on the joints. They are the only 2 pieces of cardio equipment I use.
