I'm also here trying to lose the baby weight. My son is 16 months and I'm trying to get some weight off before I start the whole pregnancy process again! :) I've lost about 15-20 pounds so far and am hoping to lose at least another 10-15. Feel free to add me as a friend.

I also followed the Couch to 5k, which I think would be a good start towards a 15k. When I started, I wasn't running at all, was 3 months post partum, and extremely out of shape. I started last January and ran my first 5k in April. Over 2011, I ran 4 5ks! Good luck. You can do it! You'll amaze yourself at what you can…

I always smell them to see if they smell like the fruit (same with pineapple). Also, when you press on it, the flesh should give a little like a peach. You can eat them plain or with yogurt, smoothie, fruit salad, grilled...endless possibilities.

I have this same problem as well. I'm not sure if it has to do with the weight loss or not though since I've only lost about 15lbs. For me, drinking a hot beverage at night really helps! My current favorite is peppermint tea. I also have an electric blanket! Stay warm!!

I'm in the same boat. There are so many temptations around this time of year. Once I get a taste of the sugar, I can't stop. I really need to focus and get back on track!! It makes me feel sluggish and in turn feel guilty for over indulging.
