My favourite is probably running. I love doing long events. I also do RockFit and swim and cycle as well for Triathlon

I use it for long running events. I previously broke my ankle and there is some permanent soft tissue damage. My physio will tape it up with KT tape for support and so that I can't roll my ankle. It works for me but does depend what you use it for

All my lifts are at beginner but I've only been lifting for 3 weeks. But that is a great website to look at progress. Although I'm very happy right now. All my lifts are going up slowly, especially the deadlift. Right now I'm Deadlift 45kg Bench 23kg Squat 30kg

I train with music but don't often race with it as lot of organised runs ban them and you risk disqualification. They haven't banned them outright so maybe you could get away with them with a low volume or one ear in. Best of Luck X
