I'm doing it - i'm running at least 1 mile every day.1

I did it last year, ran at least a mile a day, ended up continuing until April when I ran a marathon. Wish I'd continued after that too but I took about a month off and then restarted. I'm now on day 233, my rule is to run at least a mile a day, obviously there are days when I run much, much further. I found it really helps motivate on days when the doms is bad and I'd otherwise not move.1

2 X 5k runs so far for me but am back at work tomorrow. May just have a long walk during a break.0
