Hi all.... I'm looking for serious running buddies, f or m. I'm a 56 year old lady who hasn't raced in 10 years....wanting to run a 10 k this summer. Need to also drop 10 lbs in the process. Goal setting,. regular check in's, maybe sms/em support. OH....and did I say laughter? Won't make it without a sense of humor! Contact me, kk?

    I run a lot but have recurring problems with an old ankle so do sometimes have to take a few days off
