  • I'm right there with you. Hitting close to your goal weight and feeling good, and then gaining it back is tough. It really does a number on your mentality! Feel free to add me, I'm working my way back down to my goal weight (which I've been at comfortably before!) right now and would love your support as well!
  • these are all great plans! i'm in the same boat - just down to the last 10 and not entirely committed. a friend of mine is trying to get me into fitness competitions, and i think that might be my final motivation to swing the scale and body fat %!
  • I do a lot of unsalted almonds. They keep you full, in my opinion. The protein shake idea is definitely useful. I don't find that eating less carbs makes me feel full - honestly it just makes me want to eat more! I think another great one is vegetables in general broccoli, cauliflower, etc. Also making things from scratch…
  • Looking to find some additional motivation and support...was being really good and healthy, down 4lbs over all. Great high intensity strength training workouts, lots of cardio. Anyway, got home last night from a business trip (where I was healthy!) and basically ate everything in my house that's unhealthy. At least now…
  • Try making strawberry protein powder muffins! Here's a link to a recipe below http://caloriecount.about.com/strawberry-protein-powder-muffins-recipe-r619966 Or you can make protein powder popsicles!
  • Put on some dress pants today that have been tight for MONTHS, and they were looser! Not a huge victory, but a victory nonetheless!
  • I absolutely agree! The two things that bother me the most about it is that these are the same people who told me I looked great at a lower weight, and whenever I go out to eat with friends and order a salad, I get crap for it! It's my body, it's my life! If I want to lose 15 lbs, look better, feel better, and eat better…
  • Hi. I try to eat fairly healthy too, have always been that way but I have weaknesses like dark chocolate and coffee ice cream... I'm 5'4 and my goal weight is 125 as well! I sent you a request. Anyone else is free to add me as well! :)
  • My name is Jorie, I'm 25. Welcome to MFP! :)
  • I was walking really fast into the gym and a man in his mid-sixties stepped out of my way. I smiled apologetically and he laughed and said, "I don't want you to run me over, I've seen you workout!"
