  • It happens to me.. my flow seems heavier on the days I work out but I push through.. I loose more weight... rid the body of water weight.
  • It's hard to stay motivated.. today was a challenge.. its really cold out side and gloomy.. just want to lay on the couch with a blanket and a good book..lol... join me if you want.. Im only on day 2.. I keep all my workouts and motivations on Pintrest under my Health pins.. check them out!
