my Challenge

Started my own challenge.. a 4 week challenge to see how much I can loose... I'm doing 45 min. to 1 hour of weights followed by a 30 min, Cardio.. usually something easy like Zumba.. eating high proteins and lean foods.. with lots and lots of water.. Wish me luck!! Im currently at 148 lbs.. I will post a week by week weight in... Crossing my fingers!

    Great challenge. I like to create or join in a challenge every month. Helps keep me motivated.

  • It's hard to stay motivated.. today was a challenge.. its really cold out side and gloomy.. just want to lay on the couch with a blanket and a good book..lol... join me if you want.. Im only on day 2.. I keep all my workouts and motivations on Pintrest under my Health pins.. check them out!
