Does anyone have a good fat Burner exercise.. I need to starts shedding fast! And does anyone have any suggestion for water weight.. I seem to hold on to it for long periods at a time! pLEASE hELP....

Started my own challenge.. a 4 week challenge to see how much I can loose...
