Thanks for the Words of wisdom, Snoozie. Just got back from vacation. Managed to lose a couple of pounds, which was great. Hiking was too hard on my knees, so had to take mule ride out of the Grand Canyon. Your inspirational piece ths morning was just what I needed to read in order to not beat myself up over it.:smile:

56 years old. My son gave me a fitbit for Mother's Day. It has been very motivating in changing from a sedentary lifestyle to a much healthier one. I use it all the time.

There is a great website ACTAGAINSTVIOLENCE.ORG. It has great advice for parents/caregivers of newborn - 8 year old children.
