I have had sciatica sometimes at different points often after exercising but i dont seem to have had it for a while but i still get the tingling down my leg if i stretch my hamstring. Thankyou for that advice i will look into an orthopedist :)

also i am not even sure if that heart rate reading was correct because i just looked up heart rates for at rest and it said someone at 150lbs for an hour burns 68 calories...im 110lbs. So that reading is daft for a start :(

I havent even lost that much weight and ive been working out a month or two now why all of a sudden? Im really concerned.

I worked out on some calculators i needed to go below 1200 to lose fat whilst working out! and i have read that could be bad for a woman. Im sure i eat more than that everyday though. It doesn't help living with parents when they are planning the meals everyday.
