I eat fast food all the time and I keep it under my calorie allotment. I see no problem with fast foods if you keep to your totals.

I truly measure. If I put a tablespoon on a chicken breast I log the whole tablespoon. I never discount any calories and act as if I consumed the whole tablespoon even if some is left in the pan or bowl.

I have lost 200+ pounds and yes there is loose skin and it is gross, but with clothes on it is ok and still worth the weight loss. It has tightened up some but being nearly 40 i doubt it will go away all together.

Why make him eat veggies? I fix meals according to what my hubby and kids like and want then I make mine. Usually mine take the less time, so I am not forcing my healthy eating onto people that do not want to eat healthy! LOL
