Hello! My name is Edgar, I am doing a survey statistic on how people compare their weight to the number days they eat fast food a week. I would love to get at least a minimum of 50, but more the merrier. Please and thank you!

My weight bloomed to 210 at one point because of fast food, I think. I ate it at least once a week after class or appointments.

I don't get the question 100% but I'll try to answer anyways. I eat fast food 2-4 times a week either for breakfast, dinner, or supper. I compare my weight to my overall intake over the course of a week. If I'm in a deficit for the week, I expect a loss in weight whether I ate fast food every day of the week or none at all.

    Hope that helps.

I eat fast food all the time and I keep it under my calorie allotment.
I see no problem with fast foods if you keep to your totals.

Doesn't sound very scientific, but okay. Pre-pregnancy, I was eating fast food 2-3 times a week and weighed 145 pounds.

I almost never eat fast food - like maybe two or three times a year, max, and I am still overweight!

I eat what many would consider "fast food" 2-3x a week. I have no real trouble maintaining, bulking, or cutting.
