I'm on the one you've been move to. I will warn you I get irregular and sometimes lengthy peridos. However, I don't have much of a problem being on it and I don't bloat too much when it's weigh day and I am on :love: It might just be your body adjusting and will level out soon. No, I am in love with Johnny Depp...or at least used to be...I go through phases as he tends to remain the same in films but never mind...Lets just say I'm a fan... Thank you, I have done a bit of research on it and have the book however, 600, for me, feels more managable than 500, I get very bad when it comes to limiting myself.

I'm the same. I'm officially in the healthy BMI :drinker: but only just! My goal weight is about 8lbs so I'm going to aim for 10 just to be safe :wink: I'm 21, 5'6"
