5:2 diet

Ok so after reading a lot about this and the potential health benefits I thought I would give it a go.

Today is my first fast day and so far the only calories I have consumed are in a drop of skimmed milk in my coffee first thing this morning. I'm starting to feel slightly hungry now but have a ham salad for lunch at about 150 cals.
