Quaker rice cakes Chocolate flavor 7 mini cakes for 60 calories. Gives you crunch as well as chocolate. it is a quick snack not to many calories.:happy:

You can go in and change the calories burned when you input your exercises. Just where it says calories type in how much you actually burned. Hope it helps.

if you go somewhere that there is dancing that will help to burn extra calories.
