I'm 22 and 5'2. Not sure what my body fat % is as I haven't had a chance to find out. My HW was around 130 and my LW was around 95 which was a little too low for me. I'm currently 113 and aiming for around 105-100ish area. Looking to gain more muscle for sure.

no matter how much you dont want to work some days, just get out there! it is ALWAYS worth it! The only work out you'll ever regret is the one you don't do :)

I have a hard time wearing anything baggy as i just sort of gets in the way of things. i generally wear a fitted tank top and either shorts or my Fila capris

I second the lemon water idea! I have the hardest time drinking water because it's so bland but I just put some "Real Lemon" juice from the bottle in and I end up drinking tons of water every day!

I would suggest eating anyways (maybe something light like a salas with protein if you're worried about too many calories) and exercising a bit if you find it necessary (or maybe just going on a walk?). When I was still going to the gym I always focused on CARDIO as i noticed that always gave me the best results. I generally try to not eat after 7 or 8pm. Not really for any "scientific" reason, mainly because late at night is when I generally tend to want junk food and end up mindlessly eating for no reason.
