Day one gym ? ? What to do?

I go to the gym a few times a month but I am trying to lose weight before my birthday and I want to know what has been working for you! I've been looking online and doing research but i want to get results and want to hear from experience . Today I am going what I usually do is 10 min fast walk, 15 min running, 10 min walking, 15 to 20 stairs, about 5 sets of 25 of sit ups... And depending on my on timing weights. Today I have 1:30, suggestions??.?

When I was still going to the gym I always focused on CARDIO as i noticed that always gave me the best results. I suggest doing as much treadmill as you can, maybe one of the "cross country" or "training" programmes on there to keep in interesting and not so monotonous. My other favorite machine would definitely be the elliptical, great for after the treadmill as a low impact cool down, or even before hand to warm you up! hope this helps xx0
