  • I actually don't use either. I found the #'s on the machines are pretty inaccurate. I use the numbers from my heart rate monitor. I highly suggest using one. I can't workout without mine now!
  • Wow, thank you everyone for your advice and opinions on this. I jumped right back into MFP & my work out schedule and am planning on weighing myself this weekend. I definitely didn't drink enough water, that's for sure. But I'm downing it now! Cross your fingers!
  • Weird, my face has also started breaking out. Not huge pimples, more like little bumps. Wonder if it's related to my water intake as well? Never heard of that though...I was always told that eating UNHEALTHY would cause breakouts! Of course, I never had a problem while I was eating unhealthy, lol.
  • i drink tera's whey chocolate organic protein powder. http://www.teraswhey.com/ i blend 2 scoops, plus 1 cup of 1% milk, and some ice cubes. it's 230 calories and it's yummy! only downside is, the protein powder is pretty expensive. i buy it at whole foods.
  • I'm a big fan of Weight Watchers frozen desserts. They have cookies and cream ice cream bars, and english toffee ice cream bars (anywhere from 70 cal - 130 cal each)
