I personally Dont eat tdee After having problems with it and not losing anyweight I just dont go below a certain number and i dont go above it That simple, Tdee is bullcrap to meee,, every caculator out their is diff, so your always gonna be guessing!

YUCK i hate using the gym never will, I do my exersizes outside climb hills ect just walking outside being outdoors than i take some zumba classes or find a fun workout online n do it at home!

Haaa No you should deff count them all the little calories add up in your day, so Fruits have calories Yes veggies have calories yes they all need to be added up for the best, success you can get!

When you make this a lifestyle change idk if you are or not but You should not limit any food weither its clean eating or not, I mean Yes have less of the Junk but dont limit it all together, and clean foods, basics lean meats fruits n veggies, whole grains dairy, ect

Wow ofcourse its about the calories thats the only real scientific way to lose weight counting calories and making a deficant by doing so without being a deficant you cant lose weight you should tell her that lol!!! And congrats on your weightloss hun:)
