Well im going on medifast and i dont think thats a scam or a fake at all, I had a friend who did hcg and she did very well, not saying i support what she did but dont say they dont work Thanks:)

I would say yes you can exersize to Much listen to your body i mean You wouldn't want to exercise 5 hours a day or anything like that , but an 1 to 2 hours is completely fine and its not over doing it even 45 minutes would be good:)

Thanks for all the comments everyone i consider what i am on a lifestyle because it gives you tools for life. so i dont think of it as a diet even though its considered to people a diet program its the farthest thing from that

Ummmmmm some programs that do say you can lose weight fast or lose weight at all yeah it usually isnt soo but yes their is some were u can lose weight and lose it fast. and making you healthy person inside and out.

I really dont think people should be hating on 1200 Go look up impatient dieter on youtube she ate 1200 calories. with meal replacement shakes and 2 normal healthy meals. she lost so much weight and looks great ... so dont judge kay.

Some people can count calories for months and lose some but not enough to transform their body why is that? and why are they always like stuck?

Well mine is mainly for my health thats the most important thing to me and the rest of the stuff is just a bonus like looking good getting to wear cute clothes Actually wearing hills lol. and all the other stuff. but yes getting healthy is my number 1 motivater.

Don't order in whatever you do all your hard work will go down the drain. This is how i make pizza cauliflower some sauce and some light cheese. its not that much calories if you want to try making it...

Well if someone wants them to go on a program than let them i mean any program can work as long as you stick to it... But none of those diets that you listed are proved by doctors and they hardley have any nutrition or support behind them/

Iv done that so many times i cant count lol Just get back on the horse and dont eat 3 donuts again for a very long time if you want to get to your goals... dont beat yourself up about it though.
