I am joining this challenge. My 70 miles will consist of the time that I actually take out for exercise. I try to get in two walks a day, so hopefully I will meet my goal.

Things have been going okay. This week, my church is fasting for eight (8) days. That has even been pretty cool. I am trying to walk at least two (2) miles every day. No complaints!!!

I am not really sure of my weight loss, but I am 9 pounds down. I am sure that some of that is due to this. I have a question, though. I have been having the qrilled honey mustard snack wraps from McDonald's. Is that okay. I also had the parfait. Is that considered cheating?

Pre-planning works out real well for me. I try to do it at night for the next day. If my plans or meals change, it is not hard to adjust.
