I'll take my kids trick or treating. It's fun for them, and for me! I always end up throwing out a bunch of candy too, but who cares? Just go and have fun, even if it's only an hour.

You could enter Walking (or running) and then choose your pace

I was wondering if I should try Zumba. Now I know that I HAVE to! You are amazing, you worked really hard!

I started at 217, I am now at 205. I run or walk every day, at least 35 minutes, but closer to an hour. My goal ATM is 140. I'll go and add you :)

I agree with this. I hadn't looked at your diary until I saw Sabina's comment. You need real food in your system.

That must make it hard for you! I dislike vegetables with a passion. Hate them! I can tolerate broccoli and cauliflower once a day. I force it down at dinner. No other veggies during the day. I know I *should* eat them, but I don't.

Good for you!

I cried. What a touching story! WTG, you are amazing!!

Absolutely wonderful! Thanks for the inspiration!

Agreed.

I eat about 70-80% of my calories back, always.
-
That exactly what I do.

You should definitely log *everything* you it, and weigh it properly. Also, 1200 calories is pretty low. Did MFP tell you to eat that? Also, weight fluctuates. Don't weigh yourself too often, and be patient. It'll come if you work at it :)

Clone is my guess ATM too

This thread marks the beginning of the end for Bath and BodyWorks... EDIT: typo

Oh, Captain Jack. Mr Wonderful :)

And sanity is necessary for a healthy lifestyle. So go ahead and eat your Twix ice cream. I shall do the same :)

You. I like you! My kind of trick, lol!

I've done WW. It worked well for me, but I didn't keept at it afterwards so I put the weight back on. MFP works well for me, but if I don't keep at it after, I'll put on the weight again. As you can see, it's "6 of one, half a dozen of the other". If you are commited to keeping it up, either one will be fine. Thing is, WW…

Ha ha, too cute! My 9 year-old watches with us, but I wont let my 6 year-old watch. Not because I think she's too young (she's seen star trek, star wars, transformers, etc.), but because I know a lot of thing in DW would give her nightmares. She's quite anxious, and takes a lot of things to heart. If she saw a Weeping…

Wow, that sure would be fun!

Yeah, that's what we do too! We use CC a lot in our house anyway, because our three kids can be... what's the word?... LOUD! So if we want to know what's going on at any given time, CC is our best friend, lol!

I think I'm on episode 4 right now. It's amazing! The story is compelling and the scenery is beautiful. But most of all, David Tennant and his Scottish accent are sexyyyyy! I can't understand half the things he says (i'm bilingual, but originally french-canadian), but I don't care :)

I really enjoyed it, I'll definitely be watching again next week!
-
That's great!
-
Love it!
-
Thanks for the inspiration!
-
Why didn't I think of that? Thanks for the idea of checking different websites :)

I'm fairly new here, but I can tell from different posts that MFP is notorious for inflating the calories spent. I plan on getting a HRM when money permits, but until then, I cut the number in half. Not sure if that is right or wrong though :)

Good to know! The first Target near here will open in a couple of months, I'll shop there for jeans!
