I know it may sound silly, but I actually have a can of Progresso Light soup. The whole can is only 160 calories, plus, it's a hot and cheap breakfast! I started eating it one morning to help soothe a sore throat, and it's stuck with me ever since.

Do your best to not keep bad snacks in the house. I know that can be difficult if you have little ones who like candy. But, if possible, once what you have is gone, don't buy any more. I LOVE the Little Debbie 100 calorie Chocolate Cakes with chocolate icing. They are AMAZING! Weight Watchers has the exact same thing, and they are terrible.

I agree. The program is great, and the nutrition plan included is VERY thorough. In my opinion, the ONLY downside to this program is you need a good hour to devote each day (an hour and a half for the Yoga workout). That can be kinda difficult for those with busy schedules. But, if you can swing it, it is amazing!
