I loved regular milk but have switched to almond milk because even lower fat milk is higher in calories. I like Blue Diamond sweetened vanilla almond milk. It is 90 calories per 8 oz verses 130-110 for cow milk depending on fat content. There are lower calorie almond milks available also but I haven't tried them yet.

The grass is always greener lol. I have DDDs and would love for them to go to Ds we shall see. So far 47 lbs gone and nothing has gone yet.

Talk to him about this, you said he is supportive I am sure he would understand. Have salad stuff to make as a side for days he doesn't make a vegetable side dish, ask him to set aside a portion of the veggies he does make with out the ham or bacon. Your goal set up by MFP has a deficit built into it, you should attempt to eat as close to your goal number as possible. Also with this set up you can eat back your exercise calories and still be at a deficit.

This and I too am an animal lover but it is unacceptable to keep dangerous animals and this is a dangerous animal. Some times the hardest thing is the right thing.

If I read this right you put in your goals, 6 workouts per week, MFP doesn't add that in, if you change your setting from say sedentary to active or lightly active then it accounts for it. If you just put in that your goal is to do six one hour work outs it is not included in your calories. Hope that helps.

I didn't crave any thing but when I was pregnant with my daughter I could not stand new England clam chowder. I couldn't even watch commercials with it made me want to puke. I really liked it before but oh my when I was pregnant... It took me years before I started eating it again.
