  • Level 3 Day 5 Done. Halfway through this level!!
  • Day 4 done. Each day is getting better for me!
  • Took yesterday off (sore and was busy cramming for finals...) but got up this morning and finished Level 3 Day 3! Definitely pushed myself harder and got a good workout. The jumping moves on the third circuit of cardio still kick my booty though... :)
  • Level 3 day 2 DONE. I didn't push myself as hard as I could have though.... Hoping to keep up better tomorrow! :)
  • Level 3 day 1 completed 12/11. All of the jumping moves just about killed my thighs.

  • Level 2, Day 10. DONE. I'm kind of afraid to move up to level 3! :)
  • Finished level 2 day 7 today. Keeping up pretty well with the cardio and abs. Some of the strength sets still kill me though. I can definitely feel a difference though compared to day 1 of this level though.
  • Just finished Level 2 Day 5 (slipped up a bit over Thanksgiving so I fell behind...). Today was the first day that I could do the squat thrusts for the entire 30 seconds! I might take another few days off though, because I'm starting to get a little bored with the routine. Great job everyone!
  • Day 4, DONE. This morning was the first morning I felt sore from it.. My gluts were killing me all day. I almost didn't do the workout, but your posts all inspired me :) Am super glad I did it! When is everyone going to take their first rest day? Or are you all planning on doing 30 days straight through?

  • Just finished day 2. Not as bad I as I was expecting, though the anterior raises with side lunges just about killed my arms... I'm a bit worried for day 3, because I will have to do it in the morning (Wednesdays are crazy busy for me) and that will only have given my body about 12 hours of rest.... Wish me luck!

  • Ok, just finished day 1! :) I have Mondays off, so it was easy to do while I was still motivated by this thread. I also just took my 'before' pictures. Hopefully I will see a difference by the end of the 30 days!
  • I'm in, too! I've only made it to level 2 in the past, so hopefully this group support will motivate me to actually finish all 30 days... :) Are you all going to do other exercise in addition to the 30DS? Or just stick with the dvd? -Alison
