using your own body weight is definitely a form of strength training but you do want to add in some weights. lifting heavy is an option or use smaller weights but do more reps.

because I was alot heavier I didn't notice a difference until after I lost 60 pounds. but now when i go back to pictures or videos I see chances in my face and hands after the first 20 pounds.

Don't give up! take it one day at a time. Its an extremely hard journey but it will be well worth it in the end. The feeling of being healthy is priceless. good luck.

I love both the programs. 30 day shred is great for those getting started with fitness. insanity is great for those who want to be challenged. Insanity gave me the best results.

Its hard but definitely doable! It requires alot of mental strength and commitment. it consist of alot of jumping and really high cardio. I am on day 45 and so proud of the results thus far!
