I think you are right. jjlove I think you can make it anything you want. I want to go for the historical and just being able to make that trek in my life time and to be able to see the beautiful country. I think the spiritual side of it will present itself with certainty.

very interesting. I try to eat clean and avoid processed foods. I also try to eat less meat and more beans and greens. it's very difficult to do at times. Especially when out in social situations.

I am doing a challenge I committed to for myself to do 10,000 steps every day for 30 days. SO, it will be great to joing this challenge with others who are also walking! I am on my 8th day!! and lost 3 pounds already...yay!

I had ben vegetarian and then vegan, then started 2 months ago to eat dairy, and chicken and fish..I feel awful and I am trying to get back but, I am having a hard time with it. Anyone experience this? any support would be appreciated. thanks
