iphone App Striiv/ Steps/ or Fitbit

whole food casseroles/main dishes
Any one have a favorite? Looking for NO dairy, NO meat Meals in a Casserole/Stew I have a really hard time sticking to my meal plan if I dont plan in advance. If I make a veggie stew and separate it in 7 containers for my lunch at work. It's easier to stay on track if I open the fridge and just grab a container.
