No Impact WorkOut Request

Does anyone have a link, or can copy on here a good No impact workout. I ruined my ankle during boot camp
so, now I have to be really careful for a while. No jumping, no pressure on my left foot. I was taking boot camp because
I really had no idea how to work out and what to do...Any info will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

    Google Ellen Barrett workouts. Very gentle but surprisingly effective.

    I tore calf muscles in March and couldn't even stand but managed to do cardio boxing on a Swiss ball and continue with upper-body barbell work (adding lower body in once I could stand again).

    also try the cross trainer I am not allowed impact things either due to hip surgery! :wink:

    swimming. i could not even recomend this enough. if you cant use your ankle, i would suggest not using your legs, just let them drag behind you and only using your arms. i did this in swim class a lot, mainly because my legs didnt need the work XD
    but yea. swimming. fun and effective~
