Yeah, and if you don't delete the exercise on the Fitbit app it messes with your stats, like active minutes and calories burned.

I have a Charge HR and I love it. I'm competitive, so the challenges motivate me a lot. Plus, I like to use it to track my runs and see my distance improve.

Sallys Baking Addiction and Skinny Taste are sites I use often for lower calorie recipes - but normally I do a 40 calorie fudge pop or sugarfree hard candies.

Unless you like salt with a side of pancake, I would seriously reduce the amount of salt you add. Tried to make some this morning and ended up feeding it to the dogs. I would also add splenda or some kind of sweetener.
