Hi Everyone,
I find that when I log exercise into MFP, it also logs it onto my Fitbit Surge
So I have to go back into the Fitbit app and delete.
Anyone's having this same problem?? its so bloody annoying

Yeah, and if you don't delete the exercise on the Fitbit app it messes with your stats, like active minutes and calories burned.

im just not logging in the Fitbit exercise and its actually working as MFP is pulling calories from the activity on the Fitbit

Hi There, just to jump in I'm having an issue, when I first set up My Fitness Pal, I selected to have my iPhone count steps, but now (I have worked out it is possible) I would like my fitbit to do so and send the data over to MFP. NO matter what I do in the STEPS area, I have hot CONNECT with my fitbit and done that a few times but it won't stop using the iPhone steps instead which are tiny  I have turned on and off, hit the DISCONNECT square button in MFP and then CONNECT again etc. No luck! Any ideas? Thank you!

OP, it sounds like you are double logging exercise. If you choose to have your Fitbit linked to your MFP, use the Fitbit alone for any exercise logging or tracking. Use MFP to log your food, water, weight, nutrition macros. Let MFP pull the workout data from FitBit & you can then have oversight of your status on MFP. This is how I've used MFP & Fitbit together for months, & it works like a charm.

Suggest you check the FitBit group here, lots of great info & suggestions there.
