I like the some of the yoga poses and some other activities. I really like the challenge of the games with balance and hula hooping is fun and burns calories.

My favorite is to marinate in fat free italian dressing with garlic powder for the day, when you get home, toss on the George F Grill and delicious! Chop them up to put in salads and even better!

I hula on the wii! I can't do it with a real one, but it burns calories!

Stressful weekend, dad had to go to the hospital for chest pains, signs of more heart issues. So, fast food was my downfall Saturday, 2 meals out! UGGG. Now it's Monday, the start of a fresh week, and start of better things! Gonna start my Walk Away The Pounds DVD again tonight! Good Luck everyone! Have a good week!

Lemon juice is a diuretic and the hot water stimulates the bladder is what I was told my a 'weightloss clinic" I went to.

A new family favorite: wash potatoes, taking out any bad spots and eyes cut them into wedges, I try to get 8 slices per potato spray with butter-flavor spray toss in zipper bag with a package of onion soup mix bake at 400 degrees for 35-40 minutes on a sprayed cookie sheet or 9x13 pan stir once or twice during baking

Loving the weight loss success stories I'm hearing! We've been on this plan since Jan. 4, 2011 and I've lost 9.7 pounds as of 1/21! I'm so inspired by every story and picture I see on MFP!
