I eat a huge burger every day for lunch. A turkey burger on a low calorie bun with no cheese. I used to LOVE fast food. I ate it almost every day. I havent had deep fried french fries since July 17th. I have had baked sweet potato fries though :) After a while you will stop craving those things. ETA: I still eat fast food…

I eat almost the exact same thing every day so that makes it really easy. I log in advance, and then adjust as I go along if I change something.

I was only over by 300 because I estimated my calories I went to a local place that isn't in the database.

I had some Halloween candy, I didn't have as much as years before so I still determine it a NSV. This was the first official candy I have had in over three months. I logged my candy so I also consider that a NSV.

Last night I got called a hoss, by my trainer when I was doing lunges. It kinda made me laugh because people ussually use it to be mean but she meant it in a good way. I just got called the usual, fat.

Around 1 1/2 or two hours. I do about 45 minutes of cardio and then weights. I take more bathroom breaks than most ,and I also sit in the sauna for 10 or 15 minutes then go tanning.

I made that recipe a few weeks ago and I felt like it made me, constipated. Does that happen with the cereal or may it have just been a fluke?

I weigh myself Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Sometimes it goes up and down within one week but overall it always goes down :)

I did it for one week to kinda detox myself before I started eating right :) I am going to do a bit more on the weekends but not just juice like before. If you are doing it to loose weight, you will likely gain it all back but I did it more to help get myself off bad foods.

I eat 40% protein, %40 carbs and %20 fat on the days I eat what I usually do LOL. My diary is open. I find a large chicken breast for dinner does it for me.

What brand is this? Libby's - Canned Pumpkin, 1/4 cup is 20 cals alone. So 1/2 would be 40 cals...

I always end up eating less on the weekends for some reason. Last weekend I actually packed my snacks and lunch with me while I ran errands around town that way I wouldn't be tempted to eat anything on the run.

If you think the person in the second photo can lose more weight and end up looking like the person in the first photo you are incorrect. The person in the first photo had much less weight to lose. This is why if you look at photos of peoples before and after body lifts vs. people who had a tummy tuck due to baby weight…

Did you check the cals on this? I only ask because 8 ounces of fat free cream cheese is 320 calories alone!

THIS! I got an adapter where I can play videos on my iPad and plug it right into my tv so I can see them on a bigger screen. It also works for iPhones but the video won't be as clear.

Weird tip, never use it on carpet. If you only have carpet go to a home store and get a large tile to lay it on. The weight is never right when I weigh on carpet only :)

Honestly I used to have a big craving for chocolate, like all the time! I do eat chocolate every day, but it is in the form of a protein bar :) If I need something more I get one of the skinny cow bars or the clusters. I took everything bad out of the house and that is a huge help!

Do you have any dresses you could pack instead? I only ask because I wear 99% dresses 1% pants and my dresses have gotten bigger on me but I know I would have gone down 2 pants sizes by now because I fit into the last pants I bought that were 3 sizes smaller than what I used to try on at the store lol.

Here is what I do. I get a big pack of fresh chicken breasts at WM 1.99 a pound here. I cut up the breasts into pieces so they are easier to cook and weigh. I weigh them out into servings one per ziploc, put in my maranade and then freeze those. I pull out the bag the night before to defrost in the fridge and it is ready…

I still get pleasure out of the things I eat now. It is not the same "high" I felt as before but I worked hard to find good foods that I like to eat. The only thing I eat that I do not really enjoy is my morning snack of carrots and celery lol.

There is this stuff called Monkey Butt Powder. It is near the baby powder at WM or you can get it online. I wear dresses all summer and I never have issues any more. I use it when I work out and it makes a huge difference.
