I am not so sure why you are so strongly set againt this person eating more. Why does this person try it for two weeks and see. What they did for 90 days did not work so why not try. Do not worry as much about the scale but what is triggering these binges. Check that you are eating enough of all the food groups are you getting lots of colours in your diet (beets, sweet potatoes, raspberries) enough proteins. I would be more worried about why I am doing this and how to stop it. then the scale

I suggest telling self eating again soon. So I'll eat at 8 n then 10, 12, 3, 5, 7 I eat protein as often as I can Mind u right now my tummy is growling n I'm heading to bed Lol

Eat more. I started out weighing 221 went down 15 easy was only eating 1200 working out 5 days a week until good sweat. Then few weeks went by Zero loss. you have dne so well w a four month baby if u r nursing make sure u r getting enough calories mayb u r body is slowing to protect self search mfp for tdee, bmr ect weightloss r u walking or doing some orm exercise? sorry can t help more right now enjoy ur baby do not stress they grow so fast
